- Bookings for each month open on the 28th of the previous month @noon! Text/DM for a squeeze-in appointment ($15 fee for natural styles, $35 fee for extended styles) - Hair is included in ALL styles! - I take pictures/make content at most appointments! -Small/Schmedium styles must be booked during an 8:30am slot!! If that time is not available for a day u need, text for a squeeze in appointment! - I do NOT work with short hair (shorter than 3-4 inches all the way around)!!!!!! If you think your hair might be too short, Text/DM to confirm. - Please come with hair properly washed, detangled, and blow dried from root to end unless you booked a detangle & blow dry with your service. - For best results, please avoid fresh trims. DEPOSIT INFORMATION!!!!!! READ THOROUGHLY!!!!!!!!!!! - There is a non-refundable deposit required for all services. THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS IN THE DESCRIPTION OF EACH SERVICE. Once you have booked, you will have 15 mins to send the deposit to $kalexandra03 via cashapp WITH YOUR FULL NAME & APPOINTMENT DATE IN THE NOTES or your appointment request will be declined. The deposit will be deducted from your final balance. - If you book HUMAN HAIR bohemian curls on any style an ADDITIONAL $30 DEPOSIT will be required to cover cost of hair (totaling in a $60 deposit). Cancellation Policy
When canceling an appointment, a 24-hour notice is required, otherwise resulting in a 50% charge.
Deposits are non-refundable and can be transferred only once (ex. if you reschedule more than once, another deposit will need to be paid).
Same-day cancellations will be charges 50% and no-call/no-show appointments will be charged 80% of that service.
If you are running late or behind PLEASE PLEASE COMMUNICATE! I should not have to reach out to YOU wondering where you’re at. There if a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes there will be a $10 late fee. After 25 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 80% of that service.
