- Hair is included in ALL styles! - PLEASE COME PICTURE READY!!!!! DEPOSIT INFORMATION!!!!!! READ THOROUGHLY!!!!!!!!!!! - There is a non-refundable deposit required for all services. THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS IN THE DESCRIPTION OF EACH SERVICE. Once you have booked, you will have 15 mins to send the deposit to $kalexandra03 via cashapp WITH YOUR FULL NAME & APPOINTMENT DATE IN THE NOTES or your appointment request will be declined. The deposit will be deducted from your final balance. - If you book HUMAN HAIR bohemian curls on any style an ADDITIONAL $30 DEPOSIT will be required to cover cost of hair (totaling in a $60-$75) deposit. The deposit will be deducted from your final balance. - I do NOT work with short hair (shorter than 3-4 inches all the way around)!!!!!! If you think your hair might be too short, Text/DM to confirm. If you show up to appointment with hair that is shorter than 3-4 inches, you will be sent home and will be blocked from booking. - Please come with hair properly washed, detangled, and blow dried from root to end unless you booked a detangle & blow dry with your service. - For best results, please avoid fresh trims. When booking, please make sure to use the “CATEGORY” drop down tab to select your style, and select each STEP related to your style of choice. Cancellation Policy
When canceling an appointment, a 24-hour notice is required, otherwise resulting in a 50% charge.
Deposits are non-refundable and can be transferred only once (ex. if you reschedule more than once, another deposit will need to be paid).
Same-day cancellations will be charges 50% and no-call/no-show appointments will be charged 80% of that service.
If you are running late or behind PLEASE PLEASE COMMUNICATE! I should not have to reach out to YOU wondering where you’re at. There if a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes there will be a $10 late fee. After 25 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 80% of that service.
